Folks, my background is in traditional
business and the one thing I learned quickly,
as you climb the ladder of success everyone
practices "Foxhole Management,"
protecting their "turf" at all
costs because if you don't, you
get walked on. If you share any secrets with anyone on how to get ahead, you loose as that person just may take your job.
Here it's different. Do we care if you make more money than we do? Of course not, in fact, we'll help you do it! This is a team. Have you ever seen an individual player go to the Super Bowl?

We don't have any quotas but we like to help everyone get two. Once you do, you'll just contnue.

So why am I putting so much time, money and effort into building tools, systems and websites? I understand where the money comes from, and once you do as well you'll just keep plugging along week after week, month after month.
